Common Questions
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No - we believe in flexibility and transparency. Just get going and pay per month. You can decide to stop using the service any time.
How does the calculation of employees work?
You register a payment card and is invoiced for the number of active employees for that month. That means you can keep a register of former employees but will not be invoiced for them.
Do I have to pay for former employees registered?
Of course not. You only pay for the current active employees. You can still keep an archive of former employees and also you will not pay for invited employees.
I only want access to the marketplace and deals, do I have to use all functionality
No - it's completely up to you what you want to use. Some customers only use the time off functionality while others prefer just to use the benefits. You decide.
How does the trial work?
When you register you get access to a demo-version with some dummy data. This will help you to test the look and feel. If you decide to go a head and proceed you just need to register a payment card.
Do you have a special deal for startups or non-profits?
