Managers are struggling with:
- Managing and handling employees,
- too many administrative tasks,
- keeping up with compliance & regulations,
- managing expenses,
- a constant time pressure and
- a never ending quest to do multi-tasking.
Employees in smaller organizations feel neglected:
- They experience a lack of recognition and development,
- a lack of manager support,
- missing suitable benefits compared to bigger companies and
- better internal communication.
